Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of proven success in residential leasing, strong communication skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours
Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries
Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements
Maintain accurate records using RealPage/OneSite (strongly preferred)
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Support property management in achieving occupancy goals
Stay up to date on pricing, availability, and property features
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
Qualifications:
2–3 years of residential leasing experience required
Strong closing skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in RealPage/OneSite required
Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
Must be available to work weekends or evenings as needed
